Egner's Tax Service has been proudly providing expert tax assistance to our community for over six decades. Our team of enrolled agents and skilled tax preparers can navigate the complexities of the tax code, while preparing the most advantageous tax return for you within the limits of the law.

The Enrolled Agent designation is earned through rigorous IRS testing, and is the highest credential the IRS awards. All Enrolled Agents (EAs) specialize in taxation. EAs have unrestricted practice rights, which allow us to represent tax clients through any type of tax matter. Our EAs do not work for the IRS. We work for our tax clients to prepare returns and solve complex issues between the taxpayer and the IRS. EAs must adhere to the IRS’ ethics policies and complete annual continuing education to maintain their designation.

Education is imperative for a tax preparer, but it is not a requirement. Have confidence knowing that our preparers focus on education each year, so that we can best advise our clients on tax strategies, tax planning, and current tax law.  We are members of National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA) and National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP), which both contribute to our annual continuing education.
